What is your return policy?

Dear customer, we hope you are satisfied with your purchase from Pojifi. We have to make sure you have the best experience here, so we've provided you with our detailed return policy so you can have a clear picture.

1) Because the product you purchased is a customized product, if you refuse the package or leave an undeliverable address, you will need to pay for it, including additional shipping, handling and the price of our products! Therefore, you must double check your address before checkout.

2) Before signing for Pojifi's products, you'd better make sure that the products are not damaged by logistics. Otherwise, we will not compensate in this case. However, if you keep evidence that your product was damaged in transit, we can help you get your money back from logistics as we insure every package

3) If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt, please do not discard the defective item and packaging.

4)Please provide your order number, photos of the damage and packing list. We will provide return and exchange solutions on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to return any returned item that is not in new condition packaging or damaged, missing any tags, instructions or missing for a refund.

5)If it is not your preferred product, you can request a refund within 7 days of signing for it.

How to return

Pack your items and attach a copy of the packing list or remarks, which should include the order name, phone number, email address, and order number (if any). Write down the reason for your return.

Note: If you choose to ship your return via USPS First Class or parcel, please note that you cannot return your item in the "Priority Mail" box.


We can redeliver for you only if one of the following conditions is met:

1)The product cannot be used normally due to defects or malfunction;

2)We delivered the wrong products;

3)Some parts or accessories were missing;

4)The product you buy was damaged;

Attention: We recommend that you need to check for the package at first and then if you have any questions, you should contact with customer service at or you can have online talking with us on the Willdesk. We’ll help you solve the problem within 3 days of your consultation. You need to keep your original order confirmation and the outer packaging and the tracking number of the product. Besides, please save the photos and videos to prove that the product is not damaged due to the logistics. We reserve the right that we refuse to compensate if you don’t provide these information to us.


We’ll be responsible for sending you the missing or damaged accessories or sending you the new product depending on different situation. And we’re going to redeliver our products within 7 days of your consultation. Pojifi will make every attempt to provide the best shopping experience for you!

Cancel order

We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or production. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already shipped.


Refund amount

The refund amount will be calculated based on the price paid minus any coupons, discounts, shipping and gift wrapping fees (if applicable).

If the returned item causes the original order subtotal to drop to the free shipping limit, the applicable shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds and credits are usually processed within seven working days after receiving the return. You will receive a refund confirmation email. Please note that it may take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
